Chiappa Rhino issue on new purchase.

Hi Solely team,

I received this revolver yesterday. When I first take it out I realized that there are scratches on the frame up on the cylinder lever. It seems to me the lever has bent inward. Would it be a used gun? Would you able to help to address this? Thanks,

SFRC is their Canadian distributor so contact them but timing may be dicey for getting anything in any time soon. I got a new rhino and the grip was chipped up and it was new. I’m waiting on a new grip.

You are right. I was directed to North Sylva from Solely and they directed me to AmmoSource. I have sent them an email this morning. Hopefully they can help me with it.
 
Hopefully, the warranty center can help me with it. I couldn't imagine if they need a replacement.:(
Definitely not a good time.

There are marks on the cylinder as well (Typical for revolver) but that is ok. Solely said they only sell new guns and they believe it was from factory test. I trusted Solely but I also wonder how this gun passed the QC. The lever could not really operate smoothly.

Anyway, I reached out to warranty center. Hopefully they can help me with it.
