Chiappa vs Rossi 44 Mag

I pulled my Rossi apart and sanded the locking bars, which made it easier to cycle. But it's still not quality. It doesn't pick up a round unless you ram the lever open, and the shells randomly hang up in the loading gate, and I don't know why. Also mine shot way high, so I had to remove the rear sight slide altogether. No setting was low enough
