Chiappa Warranty for Canada

Very glad to see this as well. I have never been treated or even talked to so rudely as I was in my experience attempting to get warranty from Gretch Outdoors.
Would really like to see Savage Canada move their service elsewhere as well.

Savage does their own warranty at Savage Canada now. It changed when Savaged changed ownership if I am correct.

To everyone else, I posted this to let people know we are the new Chiappa warranty centre. Please don't turn this into a Grech Outdoors warranty bashing thread....John is a friend of mine and that wasn't the intent of this thread. I know there have been mixed experiences with Chiappa warranty in the past and our intent is to rectify it. Our first shipment of spare parts has arrived and we are currently inventorying them.

Great job for being the warranty center. Murray Charlton was great to work with when they were still around. Hope you guys can shake off the Grech outdoors chiappa warranty rep.

I had a Claim through M C, was simple, stress free & fast. After initial contact, they emailed me label, I sent it for free, got the Chiappa sent back, fixed, not more then 3 weeks later iirc.
 
I agree completely; this should not turn into a “anything but Grech” thread. Chiappa heard the dissatisfaction about warranty services in Canada, and fixed the problem. We should not lose sight of the fact that ending a contractual agreement is NEVER without cost, sometimes substantial. That was certainly true here; I have the UTMOST respect for Reno & Susanna Chiappa, who know their customers are the lifeblood of their business; if the customer isn’t happy & satisfied with their product, there IS no company. They Listened to their customers, and took decisive action to make sure they were providing them with the best quality product and aftermarket service they could. I was not a customer before, and after the monumental challenges of getting a gun repaired was sure I’d never be a customer again. that has changed; I will absolutely be a lifelong customer from now on; Customer service is THAT important. WELL DONE, Chiappa!

So glad to hear Gretch is not the warranty centre anymore. I was holding off on pulling the trigger on a chiappa lever action purely because I didn’t want to potentially have to deal with Gretch one day

I too will be looking for a Chiappa lever rig, just because of Chemist at SFRC. Just because he is the best. And I’m not sponsored by him or his shop. He has helped me deal with clients over the years with other products!

Ryan, through your contact page, I sent a message about my Chiappa for warranty, I believe it was Marcie that gave me your gunsmith email, so I forwarded the email to the one provided, but have not heard anything back from the gunsmith, can you help me get this rifle fixed
