I have 2 Chiappa's... but I'm sorry to report that they have both always worked as designed and have never required warranty servicing. But there sure seems to be fanboys that like to throw hate on Chiappa's. It happens when a couple hundred dollar firearms functions just as well as something that someone spent a couple thousand on... they don't want to feel stupid, so they crap on the cheaper product to make it inferior. If it's inferior, they are no longer stupid I guess?
If you've experienced a bad warranty job, was it with Chiappa or was it a bad experience with the gun store you bought it from that didn't send it off to the authorized warranty vendor. I've heard nothing but good things about Murray Charlton as a gunsmith
