According to Chiappa's website it DOES come with all the adapters. Although unlike the other guns on their website there is no MSRP or "Buy Now" options which leads me to believe it's not ready to be sold... perhaps Shot Show was just a teaser? Also Googling it doesn't show anything North or South of the border with people using them, other than a few reviewers.

I don't know for certain but the buttstock seems to be a skeleton-frame filled with foam, so I'd venture a guess of a firm "Maybe"
