Just an update on my Thompson build. Lots of chips and sawdust. Still have work to do but the major stuff is done. The pic has the plastic forearm from the airsoft sample for effect.. A shorter barrel is on my to do list along with a Cutts compensator. Have to check on powder coat prices. The wood is walnut. The mag is just some sq tube machined to go over the stock mag, some epoxy should make it sturdy.
