Where do you find $ 0.20/rnd ? BP / Cabelas had 150-boxes for ($80 +tx) last Summer but they were gone around here by Fall.

I'm talking wholesale from overseas. It's cheap, but your premium is the risk to get it here.

Shooters Choice in Waterloo is currently selling spam cans of Norinco 5.56 (560 rounds) for $300 which works out to be $0.53/round.

The ammo is non-corrosive and brass cased.

Guys had good luck with it in black rifles but I continually had pierced primers in a Weatherby Vangard BA that flowed back and locked up the bolt.

Anyone know if there will be or are any current imports of the Chinese 5.56? Seems to be the last hope for cheap .223/5.56.

That was a textbook case of "buy cheap stack deep"

I see Lever has 800 round cans at 00.54 a round. Anyone have any experience with this stuff?

The 800 round cans from the the 1600 round crate, usually wrapped in brown paper, not near as good as the stuff that came in the white box, lots of reported accuracy issues, but for plinking should be just fine
