Pull the trigger pack and check
My friend bought one and it looked amazing on the outside, but the cleaning kit area and the trigger pack was completely rusted and corroded to being unsafe and unusable, He did not buy it from you however just wanted to put that out there he was very disappointed and the store he bought it from would not take the rifle back and so he has a beautiful unfireable chineses SKS

These guys give you the option of handpicking and test firing in addition to cleaning. A little extra cash for a piece of mind. I would grab one if I did not already have one.

I like that they offer a hand select and clean options. May pick this up. Is Marstar safe to order from online? I’ve heard other online gun shops had security breaches, credit cards compromised, etc

I recall a friend bought one maybe 3 years ago, for $200. I think $549 is too much. I've seen prices as high as $800.

That was then, this is now. I bought my first brand new SKS for $80, now they're $600. Of course I also bought my house for $150,000 and now it's worth a million so it's not just gun prices that have gone nuts. Best strategy is if you want something buy it now as prices very seldom go down on anything.

Yep, very true. It'll only go up in price. And, it's possible that future shipments won't be in good condition, as these from Marstar appear to be.
