Just curious to know..I will assume that if your trigger group is milled.... your sks is of earlier date...and slightly more collectable.. so to speak, then stamped?.. Would a milled trigger group make a Chinese sks more collectable? if not... what would make a Chinese SKS collectable

Not really, milled just mean earlier production.

Factory 26 produced sks are more often sought after. But any stamped recievers are rare and hunted for by collectors.

Milled receivers is common!... stamped is rare... Stamped must have been late I take it.. I will have to look for a pic of a stamped receiver.... never seen that before.

Here you go. Upper is the stamped. Barrel appears to be held in by two pins. Thinking Vietnam era for this piece.
