There seems to be a great deal of confusion regarding the Chinese military SKS rifles that we are offering....

A brief history on these rifles....

Early Chinese manufactured SKS rifles were stamped with a “26" inside a triangle, no Chinese characters are on the receiver.

They featured a milled receiver and a screw-in barrel.

These early production rifles were built in the only Soviet supervised arsenal located at the Jianshe armory.

Ya I guess it's preatty hard to believe that these military grade rifles would be sold for such a fair price along with your great warrenty.

So I would have to chaulk this 1 up to Frank and his great use of the bayonet making people think that these rifles are good value.

According to one of the stickies, the chinese and/ or vietnamese, used the spike as a mono pod during the war. Theres lots of info and good reads in them.

Thanks Johnone for the sks rifle. she is a nice gun... just got to get those groups a bit tighter with some trigger work and a better stock.:)

My goodness, do you question the great wisdom of our fearless leaders in Ottawa ??

John

Never! hahahahaha

It was that you mentioned "26" in a triangle and mine has "25". Wasn't sure what that meant and then I noticed the sticky on this topic. Yes, I'm very new to this rifle.

congratulations on your retirement John
