That's what my two have as well, both were bought from CanadaAmmo.
No arsenal marks, no Chinese characters, just the serial number. Mine are basically undateable, as not only are they lacking a Factory 26 marking, they have a smattering of parts on them that range from "early" to "late" manufacture. For example, they both have the Cyrillic "U" for the battle sight setting on the rear sight which indicates an "early" manufacture rifle, but many of the other parts indicate a "mid" or "late" production rifle.
Another Chinese SKS mystery. They both shoot great, guess that's what matters. :3
