Hi guys,
Great forum you have here!
I'm about to buy my first pistol and need some advice. I have been shooting for a long while but never felt the need or desire to get my restricted permit until this year. I went on our annual "Pumpkin Shoot" in New Hampshire and tried all sorts of amazing stuff and it really got my juices flowing. So now I'm ready to buy...
Ok, I should start by saying that I have a Buckmaster .22LR with a red dot on it. Super fun, very accurate and my wife likes shooting it as well. I am now looking for two new guns, a 9mm and either a .40 or a .45.
Choices for the 9mm are down to;
1)CZ75 SP-01 Shadow custom
2)CZ75 tactical sport
3) Sig Sauer 1911 traditional match elite
For the larger cal, I was looking at either a XDm .40 or their 1911 Range master (.45)
i will be using all of these for range shooting and I want to get involved in IPSC shoots as well.
Lastly, I'm in Montreal; where are the best stores to buy from? I've been to the VSP range a bunch of times and they have stuff, also know about Dante in little Italy. Anywhere else?
Thanks
Chris
