Choke help!!!

Update: Tyler from siwash sports hooked me up big time. He searched the store till he found a IC choke. Then I had a Smith check the fit. All good no damage. Just got back from dropping ducks. No issues. Choke must have been a little bit loose.
 
My educated guess would be that the choke was slightly damaged when it went in with a dent or nick protruding slightly into the barrel. During firing the wad or shot has caught on this imperfection and made it worse. Difficult to tell from just a photo though.

That would be my guess as well, a dropped tube is basically garbage if hitting solid ground.

You will love that IC choke... excellent patterns with steel shot and excellent with lead on upland birds...
