Choke Work in Calgary Area?

A couple of months ago I found a very good+ condition Baikal IJ-58M for a song. I want to use it as my upland gun next year, but it is choked full/extra full (0.665"/0.685" by my shaky measurements), which is a bit hard on the grouse if I wing shoot them.

Are there any recommended gunsmiths in the Calgary area that could open both barrels up to something more suitable to upland hunting?

A guy by the name of Dave Fuller was recommended to me by someone else when I was asking about local smiths. I have never talked to him but his business card does mention altering chokes. PM me for his number.
