Gunnar at Armco does a nice job as well as Gunco.

Someone i know asked Gunnar about a barrel cutting job last year and he said he's not doing this kind of work anymore.

I've never had a long barrel shortened, but Barry Jensen at Bits of Pieces has lengthened two barrels to make handguns "restricted". Very nice work. If you email or call, he'll let you know what can be done and cost.
