I've got a G19 that has a large mark on top of the slide that I can't get out - not a scratch, more like a rubbed on silver streak - no idea what caused it - was like it when I bought the gun. I have tried everything to get it out, but alas, no luck.
So, I thought I would have it chromed - nice and shiny. I asked Gunnar, and he no longer does anything like that he said, so, what or who do you recommend? I tried the search feature and it looks like Dark International does it, but I was wondering if other regular machine/fabrication shops could do it as well? If so, what is the cost approximately for such a job?
