Chrome STI pics

Need guidance !

I will buy a STI Target Master and am wondering if I should get it factory chromed. I know I like that pimp look !

The thing is: is it real chrome like a colt .38 Super ?

Or is it more like stainless steel, like their other guns (Executive, edge, etc)

If I am to put 400$ more on the gun, that's how I'd like it to look.

But this is more of a matte chrome isn't it ? Can I get an STI with a shinnier finish from the factory ?

No I don't believe so. You would be better off to start off with a blued gun, polish it glass smooth and then have it chromed. The matte chrome is a result of the gun having a bead blasted finish prior to chroming.
