Chronograph in kelowna

Chronographs are valuable tools, for $130, it could really open your eyes of the velocity you're actually getting. If you're a handloader, I personally think a chronograph is a must have item.

Treat yourself, you'll find yourself using it for all sorts of things.

You can chrono your developments - change a component? Run it over the graph to find out what happens.

You can chrono your finished stuff - not just once or twice, but often so you can build a large sample base to really know your average muzzle velocity, standard deviation etc. In addition, you have the option of doing it in different conditions for real reliable data.

You can chrono factory stuff - Interesting to see how different things are over the graph than on the back of the box.

Show off to your non-chrono buddies.

It can hold down your reloading manuals on your bench when not in use.

I've got one in Falkland, if you come and get it, and bring it back, I've got no problem loaning it (you'll replace it if you kill it, right?).

Hmmm, I suppose you are onto something. I do have a few friends that I load for that wouldn't mind knowing how fast their loads are going. That, and I also shoot a bow too.

Amphibious has one. He's out in Winfield. He's outa town for work right now but a range trip could probably be organized once he gets back.

X2 !!

Load testing is addictive once you get a chrony. I shoot everyting over my chrony now.

Try testing a few brands of cheap .22, the difference between a pop and a crack is huge :D
