A have one (magnetospeed) since last year and it works perfectly...

Easy to install (no need to go back and forth at the range and annoy everyone...)

Very reliable. Never misses a shot. No weird readings...

I still use my old Shooting Chrony F1 that I've had for 15 years. I think paid $100 for it...

Yeah I just found the Cadwell on Amazon.ca.... way more in my price range than the other one, might have to go with that!!

Picked one up a couple of weeks ago based on reviews. No problems, forgot my phone adapter so didn't get to store the data.

Go with the MagnetoSpeed, if POI doesn't matter to you. I don't trust groups shot with it. But if you are looking for velocities and data, it works.
If you're ok with buying from the censorship companies, amazon has them.

I got the cheapest Caldwell I could find, on sale from Bullseye. I’ve only used it once but I got that one specifically in case I accidentally shoot it. At least it’s only $100 and not $300-400. I’m only reloading for handgun at this point so that’s why I didn’t get the Magnetospeed.

Its where I got mine... they easier to setup versus a traditional Cronograph.... they are more affordable than a Lab Radar.... they probably as accurate as a Lab Radar too !

Just one BIG caveat... don't expect to get tight groups when you have one strapped on.

Even with my straight taper 1.25" barrel, they will temporarily screw up my point of impact and widen out my groups !
