One of my favourite places to hunt is all along the Fraser from the south side of empire to the north side of the gang.

Thanks for posting that FLHTCUI, thats my old hunting grounds, I've hiked a lot of that area. I never stayed at the 4 point hilton though, but I know where it is and have been inside it. I've got the urge to hunt it again, it's beautiful country to hunt.

Dad spent many days in that area hunting in the good ol`days.
Love the Fraser and Thompson Rivers.
Pay heed to the flow of the Fraser.
It does have some current.

My old man and a buddy of his had a placer operation running there in the early 70's. Spent a few great summers prospecting around there.
