CIL 190 is same as Anschutz ????

Thanks for all the responses guys. I was looking for something for cheap F-Class practice at 50-200m and maybe a bit of 50-50 BR and came across one of the CIL 190's. I have also been looking at a Brno #4 & Walther KKJ as the Win 52's seem to be a little on the "hard to find" side.
