Hey guys, I just got a CIL Anschutz .22 SLLR Model 125, and would like to know as much as possible about it.
Is there anywhere to buy replacement parts for this rifle?
Are there any aftermarket stocks available?

Thanks

Kai

My Grandfather bought one for my Dad new in the 60's and now I have it

Great shooter, nice trigger.

There are a few CIL models and the 125 is one of the lower end versions.

Does it look like this?

Enjoy it for what it is.

If you want aftermarket stuff, buy a 10/22.

I'll go out onna limb, and say the availability of aftermarket goodies for that one, is about zero.

Nothing to stop you from building a stock if you want one, though.

Cheers

I've had one for years...probably the most accurate .22 I've ever owned.

Don't let the "C-I-L" fool you; it's Anschutz through and through. It's value to many people is such that (if it were mine) I wouldn't start changing things on it. You'll just diminish the value by a whole bunch. That's what they made 10-22s for. Don't go putting dingleballs in the windshield of a vintage Mercedes.

They're about perfect just the way they are.

Thanks guys,
I already have a 10/22 :p
I really just need a stock for this baby however I don't see many options available.

@ sillymike, yes that's the one, except much nicer than mine!

If your concern with your stock is about lenght of pull, I just put spacers
under my CIL 167 butt pad and bought longer stainless steel screws at CT.
My spacers (2 X 10mm) are black and don't look too bad... I now have 14"
lenght of pull wich I feel is better for prone shooting.

Jocelyn.

I also just got a CIL 125, does anyone know of any place to buy spare magazines?

Anschutz magazines fit fine, you can buy any anschutz 22 magazine for it, you can buy the weatherby/ anschutz mags for it, heck even savage mags work but you have to file out the v nothces on the back ribs of the magazine. Any dealer can order anschutz mags from the supplier, which is North Sylva. There are 5 and 10 rounders available.
