CIL Super clean 22 LR info

Had a friend give me 3+ boxes of CIL Super clean 22 LR. Have tried to find some info on the web but mostly found that it could be collectable. The 3 boxes are mint and full the forth is torn and only has a few rounds left. Anyone have an idea what it is worth. Or would it be worth trying out, though the age makes me a little worried about firing them. I don't know much about this. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Can be had at most gun shows for 3 bucks. Some do collect old 22 amo
