Civilian SCAR-H?!

I'd buy the H if it was possible.

What I don't understand is why there are export limitations within NATO countries, are not we supposed to be allies of some sort . If the problem is just the folding stock I personally wouldn't mind if it lost only that function but then again what do I know? I'm just a noob :slap:.

There are no export limitations for MIL or LE endusers.
This issue is the fact the US gov't does not accept them as having a sporting use for civilains (outside the USA)

Well keep in mind the US is a soveriegn country, and they can pick and chose what to export or not. Be glad they ship stuff to us at all...

Guaranteed the first idiot that end runs one thru CFC and the like to be a cool guy here - and DOS will drop the hammer on more stuff.

With an Indian Reservation that stradles the border at ON, Quebec, and NY state, I suspect someone will try for it.

Nope, you register it ahead of time. While the CFC mentions complying with US regs they don't seem to really care if you do or not. I know of at least one PS90 that made it in that shouldn't have.
