CKYEPOD arrived!

Just arrived and installed on my Ruger Precision 300 PRC. It matches my MDT scope mount now!

What an excellent bipod. Well constructed and well thought out.

Sometimes you buy an expensive item and wonder where the hell your dollars went. Just the opposite for this product, it's easy to see and feel the quality. Also thanks MDT for the extra perks.

I got mine during their annual sale. You are right, fantastic add on. Have mine on savage 10tr in mdt lss chassis with updated grip. Just awesome!!

There was a number of factory seconds available for Black Friday. They went quick though. I have looked mine over and over. No idea what makes it a factory second haha.

I also purchased a factory second was super stoked when it showed up because it was Gen 2. I also have no idea what makes it a factory second.
MDT is awesome.

There wasn't any Gen 2 that shipped in place of FS Ckye Pods. There were ones that were put together with Gen 2 parts but they are not a true Gen 2 as they did not get the manufacturing updates.

I believe it's lockable pan control and a knurled knob to adjust tilt tension instead of the screw on the gen 1

The most visible difference is the locking pan and tool-less cant adjustment. But Gen 2 have various manufacturing changes such as the final process for coating, and a different set of tolerances.
