If you're talking about the 460 Rowland conversion you're sadly outta luck. I had to import mine in. Gun ownership is Canada is a real PIA at times.
Have you tried Murray Charlton - if he doesn't have a Clark, he'll probably have an equivalent, he still builds great PPC guns. Google Murray Charlton Enterprises and best to give him a phone call.

I'll second Murray does wonderful work 
I talked to Murray and he will not sell just a barrel and it doesn't sound like they are Clark barrels, they are barrels that he makes from blanks. So anyone else know of a place in Canada that sells Clark barrels or any other make of target barrels for S&W model 10?
Unfortunately with barrels, the exporter must register ($) as such with US DOS, many US barrel producers (particularly handgun barrel makers) don't register since the vast majority of their products are sold domestically.
