Classic Single Action Revolver

Hello Folks

Kind of new at this handgun thing. I am interested in a single action revolver, wanted a nice stainless finish, with a classic grip style. Wanted one that is fun to shoot, as well as a great display piece. Very interested in the western style with engraving. What is around for these?
