claw mounts

I am in search of a gunsmith who can fit new German claw mount 1" rings to my Mannlicher-Schoenaer carbine. It already has an old scope mounted (scope has built in "prism" rail"), so I don't need the bases, I just need to have new rings with claws fitted to the existing bases. I understand this is not a skill most smiths possess. Who can do this?
