My chronograph disagrees. 9mm is not meant to go that fast.
In my Shadow I was pushing a 124 grain plated bullet at 1035 FPS (128 PF) and in the FX9 it was going 1210 FPS (150 PF)! The 1210 FPS load was obviously causing the gun to go out of battery prematurely.
IVI is pushing 124s at 1350fps in a shadow, so your load that you think is hot coming out of a rifle barrel isn't.
Try some +P...
It sounds like your FX9 is the issue.
