A comparison like this is meaningless unless all things (primer, powder charge, gun) are equal except the bullets. As has been noted by B and Hatman1793 the PC does not burn off like conventional lube so logic dictates that there will be less smoke generated by a PC bullet than a standard lubed bullet.A few years ago I shot indoors with a guy that cast his own lead bullets, and then powder coated them in his oven. The PC bullets were almost as smoky as a plain lead bullet. Much more smoky than plated/FMJ.
