Cleaning brass without a tumbler

Maynard I will take you up on that offer. You just might not get a few back hehehe. I just dont drop my brass and if i do i wipe them ream the pockets etc and use my compressor to blow them off. To me polishing and junk is a waist of time for the exterior unless you have some mutant sharp case....... I would just ultrasonic them if ever to actually get the carbon off end of story.

Edit: Does a salad spinner qualify?

What is this stuff, I've never heard of it?

Ok, firstly I should have read the title through...you mean to say that some of ya clean brass without a tumbler?:p

Secondly, I spelled it incorrectly, its actually, PEEK Polisher and its the best case polisher I've ever seen (whether in a tumbler or cement mixer). I've used others (including Dillon's). I found it at Canadian Tire in a silver and blue can the size of a shaving cream can. Try it and you'll never go back.

Mine is concentrated lemon juice, hot water from a kettle and a few drops of dishwashing detergent, left to sit overnight then a hot water rinse in the morning.

I like that idea.

Mouse has a good idea with the salad spinner too.

I bought some stupid, rotating, portable clothes washer off of the Home Shopping Network about tens years ago.

It's very good at completely saturating garmets......with no easy way to dry them.

Now I've finally got a use for it...

F**k buying a tumbler, I'm washing my brass!:beerchug:
