Cleaning oil for beretta semi

What type of oil do you use for cleaning a beretta semi?

Got a A390 that I need to clean.

Ballistol. Cuts carbon like crazy and is non-toxic. Also beneficial for wood stocks. Great lubricant also.

I havn't been able to find any Ballistol in Canada -- where can I buy it?

I use G96 most of the time too. For serious post season cleaning I use varsol and lube with whatever I have close at hand usually hopps or the beretta oil.
