Clenzoil CLP

Seen it on project farm and picked up some. Works good.

Clenzoil got eliminated in that test. Only Break Free CLP and Slip 2000 won.

FWIW, I watched a YouTube video where someone put all the popular gun lubes through a wear test (it might have been that same guy.)

Clenzoil won, with Break Free CLP coming in a close second.

The only reason I wouldn't use Clenzoil is because it gummed up at subzero temperatures during the test, while Break Free continued to work.

Clenzoil might be fine if you're shooting in warmer weather, but I wouldn't trust it in colder weather.

Good thing, because I still have a sh!tload of Break Free that I bought years ago.

Here's the other test that I mentioned earlier. It's a different guy doing it.

Clenzoil is the best for reducing wear, but it has no cold weather capabilities. Otherwise, it gets high marks in all other categories.

Another bonus on Clenzoil, it doesn't seem to harm wooden stocks.

Didn't watch either vid... so not sure if other products claim the same.

Thanks for the responses. I have watched the videos but was looking for anyone who has had long term experience with this.

mine sure does...there's ALWAYS 1/4 inch of "the white stuff" across the bottom of every bottle I've ever owned, including the 5 or 6 I still have and use from time to time !!
