Clip fed lever action 22

A detachable box magazine may correctly be referred to as a clip. I have seen photographic evidence posted of the various manufacturers who use the term and GOD FORBID even the US military. The US military item I saw was a WW2 "clip dispenser" for Thompson submachine gun mags.

Those who need to rigidly call it a magazine and insist others do the same need to find something better to do. I personally use the term magazine but I don't jump on those that don't, nor do I mock them or pretend I don't understand them.

Example of what the Ruger can be. Great rifle, can be modified.

Well now I want one of those. Dammit.

It has a GM 16.5" bull, the stock has to be made for the 96. No one sells them, this one is a 10/22 mag stock that I modified as per instructions I found on RFC. I got the action to fit then shot it to see how it was. Shot so well it has not been bedded, I'm scared to mess it up. Bought it about 6 years ago, now they are getting very hard to find.
