Some guys have all the luck.
first yote I shot with my .204 was ranged at 80m, he came in over the next fifteen seconds, got him at a little over 10m.
Not really considered stretching the .204 to it's limits... not to mention sheer panic because the scope was set at 7x

My closest kill shot was on a white tail doe ...... inside bayonet range
Barrenground cariboo @ 12 mtrs.....7 mag 160 part..........Polar bear 18 mtrs with bow......100 lb Mattews Safari set at 93 lbs weighted arrows and satellite broadhead.............Bull elephant, frontal brain @ 21 mtrs with .416 Rem 400 solid....last 3 shots in cape buffalo leaving scorch marks on the hide.
