A year ago, I was a VERY new shooter, and didn't know what I really wanted from the shooting sports. Now I know....I want everything :D

October of last year, I stumbled across the Operational Shooting Association's Tactical Carbine match at the MilCun Marksmanship Complex. I just kind of hung out as a spectator, and it was pretty damn cool.

This year, I bought a 16" Bushmaster flat top and shot the OSA's Service Rifle matches at Connaught (a HUGE DND range) in Ottawa. It was a hoot, I learned alot, and got to meet a great bunch of guys.

What other clubs in Ontario let you use your AR for matches and skills developement? What's out there?

I'm sure many people would like to use their AR for more than 'Mirror Commando' value

There is another Tactical Carbine match coming up at the end of this month. I've put my EOtech on top and I'm practicing like crazy!!!

no to many gun ranges in ontario are too cool with tactical shooting, civie or leo.
It sucks but there are alot of morons out there that f*&K it up for us that know what we are doing :(

Well, I guess the question then arises - How many guys would like to use their AR's at a club that DOES think 'tactically?'

I have a hoot with OSA at MilCun and Connaught.
