CMMG .22 kit. Again.

I can't speak for id64 but I'm running a 7.5" Dlask CQB with a 1-4x NF.
My CMMG .22lr BCG is the stainless version (non-Evolution) and Black Dog 25rnd mags.
Note: IIRC the Evolution kit includes a non-jamming charging handle. As long as you are using a non-Gas Buster charging handle you are good to go. As you can see from the above vid my son loves the kit...re-loading mags...that's another story.
The indoor range only allows frangible .223 (very expensive) so these kits allows us to shoot our AR's cheaply. Just remember to clean out the gas tube after a session of .22lr Personally, I shoot 5 rnds of .223 frangible then regular cleaning.
...id64...don't mean to hi-jack your thread. We'll have to compare notes next time I see you at the range.

Nice - good to know those Win 555's run through them well. I loaded up on Federal Champions a while back since they were the only ones I could run that didn't seem to have FTE's and FTL's.

Are they the same was the Win 333's?

What are you guys getting for precission with your CMMG kits in a .223/.556 barrel? I've always lingered around the 10 MOA mark for 25 shot groups with Federal champion and comparable Winchester cartridges. I'm shooting out of a 1:9 twist 20" barrel.

Harbl, I believe the Win333's and Win555's are the same...just dif pkging.
Cancer, there's a guy on YouTube splitting individual playing cards out to 200yrds+....if that means anything.
My son doesn't care about accurracy too much when he can blast away cheap ammo inside 25yrds! I have other .22lr rifles for that.
