Do the CMMG barrels come with the FSB installed?

Yes, also available without.

If so, how are the delta ring, spring etc. installed on the barrels to attached regular handguards?

taper pinned FSB, HG cap and barrel nut installed. The DR, spring, clip attach from the other end.

What type of FSB attachment is used?

F-marked FSB.

Which MRFS or similar would fit the 14.5" barrel?

Other than the midlength, any of the carbine length MRFS will work. I'd be happy to discuss options by email.
