CNC gun case foam cutting?

Is there any company in Canada will do custom CNC foam cutting for your gun case?

Saw there are some in the US would love to find someone locally.

Custom case co. out of Ottawa. In addition to some of the best prices on Pelican and Storm cases I have seen, they do the custom foam cutting you are inquiring about. They do work for select Federal agencies and as such have many existing templates.

There is also Production Case Company out of Carp, ON. (Just outside Ottawa) Similar specialty capabilities and they will do work for civilian requirements.

Maybe not what you're looking for but I purchased a case with the 'pick and pluck' foam and when I had the form I wanted I sprayed it down with that liquid rubber in a rattle can.

I never thought about it that's a great idea, do you mind to share a pic or two?

The reason I am looking for pre cut foam is I found the pick and pluck foam a bit soft and the density is lower.

Still trying to find a solution without breaking the bank.

Try the electric knife method.
You can use "plasti dip" to finish.
There are youtube videos if you search for them.

Production Case Company is amazing. Thats the only company we deal with at work.

If you get a chance to visit their installation, its pretty cool to see.

Hotwire and cardboard stencil.... I'd suggest practicing on old foam first to get a feel of how fast/slow you need to move the cutter.

Electric carving knife and a little tracing. Regular snap blade utility knife works good too.
