co-witness sights for walther pdp

I have a walther pdp full-size incoming and I will get reddot on top of that.
I am wondering which sights do you recommend and where I can find them?

Without doing a "deep dive" I'm gonna say no, the 407 & 507 have a "pic rail" adapter, that isn't the same as the 509t setup. Walther do offer sights for different MRDS though? or go the Glock route?
I've been using the CHPS plate and it's worked fine. YMMV

No the 509 has its own footprint. The 407C,507C and 508T share the same footprint. I am utilizing the free Walter plate that you will order after you receive the firearm.

I had a spare set of Shadow Systems Fighter Sights from my MR918. They are slightly taller than standard Ameriglo sights but shorter in high from the suppressor height sights. They allow for the for a very minimal co-witness. Black Box Customs has a large selection and so does Rampart Canada https://shop.rampartcorp.com/.

This gun with a Holosun optic will very quickly become your go to range gun.

Just in case you were wondering how to receive your free Walther optics plate, here is a cut and paste email that I received from Gravel Agency.

For the Free Plate program offer by Walther you need to complete the form on their website. This is the link: https://waltherarms.com/optic-plate-request/ Once Walther has verified that your pistol qualifies and the serial number on the pistol has been registered for the program , they we send us your info. We will fill the order and the chosen plate will be shipped from our location. You will receive an invoice the same day the order is shipped on the invoice will be the tracking number.

IIRC, you can use the RMR plate and bolt the plate that comes with the 509t to that, or go with the CHPS plate route, "one plate to rule them all" (509t that is) LOL.
