Hello All

I have a work associate who has an older CO2 22 cal pellet pistol that has a problem with the cylinder timing. When the trigger is pulled or hammer cocked the cyl does not rotate into alignment with barrel.
Anyone know who repairs these pistols. We examined it for makers mark but could not see an ID. It may be under the grip panels

^^ Pretty much this. The cost for a gunsmith to even look at it is probably worth more than the pistol itself.

I'm guessing either the ratchet on the cylinder and/or the tip of the hand have worn down.

Post a WTB on the EE for the same pistol and decide which one is the part's gun.
Good time to learn how to do it yourself

Post some pictures. Someone will be able to identify it.
I have some parts for the Crosman pistols but as has been said, parts are tough to find and the pistols often not worth repairing.

Some are worth putting time and effort in to, some ain't.

Identify it, post pictures, or at the very least, make and model, and you will get a better idea what avenues are going to be worth your effort (at least, in our opinions!)

Some of the older Crosman revolvers are well worth the time and effort. Most of the replica types that use a plastic quick change clip or cylinder inside a lookalike shell, are pretty much a device worth digging in to yourself and mucking about on the 'no-loss-if-it-craters-in' plan.
