i have a tikka varmint in .222.i found quite a few recipes for.222 but nothing for the coal for this rifle. i tried the whiteboard marker thing but most of the ink comes off the bullet when ejected. i havent tried any longer than the mag .imy longest has been 2.180. the max in my book is 2.130. i read its safe to make them as long as the mag will allow. does any one know the coal for this rifle.? thanks in advance i just read a reply on another forum where you chamber a really long cartridge and by pushing the bolt in it will seat the bullet then you measure this coal then subtract .0010 to find the rifles coal.
