The magazine length is the limiting factor you're facing with respect to seating depth. The CRF bolt must pick up the round from the magazine rather than dropping it on top of the follower and slamming the bolt closed as you might do with a push feed action. Therefore your bullets must be seated deep enough that the cartridges will cycle through the magazine, which negates any concern over seating depth and bullet jump.
