I purchased a Condor outback from someone on this forum who assured me there were no mechanical problems witht he gun. I have fired it several times in the two days I have had it and the fore stock comes off in my hand while fireing. Does anyone know how this can be fixed. So far I am getting no help from the seller.

Post some pictures of the mechanism that holds it together if you can..
There have been several "fixes" for this problem in the "outlaw" threads and yours might be similar but I've never checked out the Condor.
Is it loose on the gun?
I have one of the 20 ga Outbacks.
The forearm came loose a couple of times in 2 boxes of ammo.
Like Prisoner's gun, the forearm on mine is a very tight fit. I plan on opening it up a bit more to make it easier to put on and take off. I think that there may be a couple of high spots in the forearm that are not permitting it to make proper contact with the latching system. Once I get it apart and sanded down a bit, I plan on replacing the spring in the latch on the forearm with a stronger spring if possible.
Otherwise, it's a nice little grouse gun.

How is the spring tension on the latch?

Here are the pictures you asked for. These don't show the mechanism as well as yours does, but when I look at it like this it does not look like it could come apart. When it goes on it does feel very solid. It fits very securly. Is the kick from the shot causing that spring to kick back as well,releasing it from it's hold?

i have had this happen to me at the range too...i found 2 issues, i made 2 of these guns come apart on the same day
1st my condor came apart twice
2nd my wifes condor came apart once, both while i was shooting it. (she has never had it come apart on her)
1) i found my arms are longer than hers...she hold the forarm stock completely underneith and has never had a problem. i however have the 1st 2 fingers at the end of the forarm stock and the rest of my hand under neith it and suck it into my sholder i think this is a contributing factor.
2) when i pulled apart my forarm stock on my condor ...and installed the latch by itself it did not engage all the way...i had to really push on it to do so..
i've sent the gun off to my gunsmith and i'll keep you informed on how it turns out

My thought is that the fit of the latch is negligible and with the recoil, your hand is actually pulling the forearm forward as the shotgun goes back. Trying a stiffer spring may help, but you may need to hone the mating surfaces for a more consistent fit.
