Were there any model 60's made that will only take longs and not long rifle ammo ?

If so does anyone know what markings are on the barrel ?

To answer you question specifically to the Cooey "Model 60" (1939-65) I believe would be no.
Since the .22LR was first introduce by Stevens Arms Co. in 1887, I would think all of Cooey's rifle would take .22LRs.
Think his first ever "Cooey Canuck" was in 1919.
But I haven't found anything concrete in any of the info I have.
