Collector Grade SKS-D

I have seen three distinct versions of the D here over the years, and I believe the bayonet version to be the best one...I'm not convinced about the collector interest as they are commercially made for export..not a military issued rifle...but..they hold their value at around 1K the last few years,..I like them,an interesting variant..

Asking the same question 2 times in the same post don't change the reply
People ask stupid prices, that don't mean it is worth 1500.oo, bet it is not sold.
But I had one and did not really like it. it was 600.oo at the time.

not the same thread. he originally asked in general thats why i said he should ask in RR so he did and his two thread was merged into one by a mod.

i've been so wrong about their value. during the russian importation at around $200. i thought the D over $400 was too high so i sold my collection. then i though with the arrival of kodiak's SKS-KD at $700 would prevent it from going higher, it didnt.

well at $900 i stated to buy them back. i own 4 ATM. i gave up trying to predict where the price of a D are going, lol.

It seems I have generated the cash I need to aquire the stuff I was selling the SKS-D to fund....... so I am seriously pondering taking my add down LOL
