Collectors Source M44 (arrival)

Its easy to buff off the rust and re-blue the spots so it doesn't rust again. I'm sure it shoots fine. I've seen a lot worse shoot quite well at the range.

Funny thing is the trigger on this thing is so nice. Lol.
A nice break after a clean steady pull.
Seems better than most my Mosins.

Yeah I got a 1933 hex 91/30 like that, they can be really nice rifles that is for sure so it's cool that you found yourself one.

Really am impressed with the accuracy and these rifles are built like tanks. I think the most "fragile" russian rifles are the SVT-40's and if they have one of the better thick stocks, they are pretty good rugged guns as well.

I like most firearms from Russia and eastern bloc regions, they just made and make good all around tough, reliable guns.

The M38 carbine is awesome, love the fireballs they throw, definitely like to punch you in the shoulder though haha but even with the steel butt plate it's still manageable.

Never fired or owned a M44 but I think they are cool with the bayonet.

These guys have these cheapies again? Been looking for another surplus roulette project, that doesn't cost that much. Had fun the last time around.
