Colt 1851 Barrel

Does anyone know If the Uberti barrel will fit on a real Colt.I have a real Colt I want to turn into a shooter.The Pietta barrel doesnt line up ,doesnt fit even if Dixie says it does.Dave

Hi Dave. I have a Uberti 1851 made in 2010 so is you measure the original arbor diameter, distance between locator pins as well as their diameter that would be a start other things would be distance from frame at locator pins to wedge slot.
These basic measurements should determine if it is even close.
