colt 1860 army conversion cylinder

can u explain how all the various power ram shot tools
out there that are capable of shooting 22 rimfire amo get away around this law???????
Because they put them in a 32rf cartridge with a 32rf bullet to fire out of a 32rf antique.
There is no way to put a .22 cartridge or fire one that way. Or 41rf 38rf. If you made your cylinder accept a 32rf and put the Ramsey in that it would be legal because the drilled chamber cannot accept a .22

while waiting for parts . i decided to make a test bed with availible stuff on hand. i made a single shot barrel holder and welded
a ruger 10-22 take of barrel. with the simpson yellow #4 shot blank. and the 13 grain lead free pellets, 11 inch barrel ,average 2900
fps . no recoil whatsoever, with a sharp crack. i have yet to make a front sight. i tried fireing a 25 grain rabbit magnum pellet.
big mistake. velosity 2200 fps, the shell caseing head separated from the case and half of the lead pelletstayed behind and was wrapped
around the small part of case. still waiting for parts. i considered many calibers to sleeve the cylinders and barrels. i have a box of hornady
00 buck shot . the balls are .330 thou in diameter and weigh 53 grains. that would be a nice baby load for this old relic. i,m defenitley going
to have one cylinder shooting 13 grains lead free pellets. i have lots of ruger 10-22 take of barrels to make a liner in a replacement barrel.
