Yes, in that era, they all came from the factory with a flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop [even the "C" serial number prefixed "commercial" government models]. The magazines on the military models had lanyard loops on the mag bases until around 1916 with sn range starting 130,000 when the lanyard loops disappeared off the mag bases. The commercial models had lanyard loop mags until around 1919.
Looks like yours has been refinished & wears non original grips [checkered hardwood stocks without the double diamonds came much later - post 1924 - when the 1911 underwent minor modifications to become the 1911A1].
it's been refinished, but still probably an 800 dollar gun in today's market. Some might pay more, that would be a bit more then i'd spend myself, without a closer look and stripping it to look at internals.
